Rent is due on the First (1st) of each month. Rent becomes late on the tenth (10th), after which a late fee of $25.00 will be applied.

Checks returned by the bank for any reason will be subject to a charge of $35.00 and future payments will be paid in cash, cashiers check or money order.
Trash and Waste. It is your responsibility to dispose of trash & waste. This includes pallets, old and broken furniture, building materials, litter and other trash.
We appreciate those who take responsibility to maintain the tidiness of their storage units.
Repairs. Please notify the Office if repairs are needed to your unit. Keep in mind that we will need a key in order to do interior repairs.
